We have resumed our dry ice deliveries and plan to ship all orders on Wednesdays. 

Collections from our Sheffield ice cream factory are available until Christmas Eve 12 noon.

Orders over £100 - FREE delivery

Unfortunately at this time, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland as standard. All website orders from Northern Ireland will be refunded and orders cancelled.

Collections are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.

When will I receive my order?

*From 1st January 2026*

Due to the logistical nature of shipping with dry ice, shipping of orders will only take place on Wednesdays.  Any order placed before 12pm on a Tuesday will be shipped the following day for delivery on Thursday.  Any order placed after 12pm on a Tuesday will be shipped the following week for delivery on the Thursday.

How do I make payment?

When you place your order via our online shop, you can make payment using all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

How can I track my delivery?

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been booked with our dedicated courier. You can track your order via their website. 

The courier will email you on the day of delivery providing you with a one hour time slot of when they will drop off.

How do you keep the ice cream frozen?

We pack all orders in dry ice, this keeps our products frozen for up to 30 hours when the box is sealed. 

Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide and has a temperature of -76 degrees. It can cause freezer burn and we would advise you not to touch it if any is left in your box. Please dispose of it safely away from children and animals.

What if I am not at home to receive my order?

When you place your order, provide us with a safe place for the courier to leave your order. We pack our products in dry ice which will keep the product frozen, however we’d advise that once you know your order has been delivered that you put the ice cream in the freezer as soon as possible.

We use the following couriers: DHL who will deliver between the 9am-7pm.

Where do you deliver to?

We can accept orders from the United Kingdom mainland only. Postcodes located in Northern Scotland and outer islands are on a two-day delivery.

What if my order arrives and has melted or hasn’t been delivered?

If you experience any issues with your order, we will rectify this and ensure that you will receive another delivery of ice cream free of charge.

As we use third parties to deliver our products, sometimes things go wrong and packages get delayed, damaged or go missing. 

If your ice cream has melted or been damaged, please contact us at hello@yeekwan.com and send us photos or video. We would advise that you dispose of the product.
