*LIMITED EDITION* Moutai Prince Lychee Ice Cream

One of our limited edition flavours that we have created with the prestigious Chinese baijiu brand Moutai.

Maotai is made from sorghum, a wheat based yeast and water from the Chishui River, and it uses traditional Chinese techniques of fermentation, distillation, and aging, to produce a spirit with a nutty, grain forward and savory aroma and flavor.

Paired with our lychee ice cream, the delicate notes of the fruit infused with Moutai are perfectly balanced.
